- Manage and maintain the state's right of way data using GIS software and tools.
- Analyze spatial data to identify trends and patterns in right of way usage.

- Develop and maintain GIS databases and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to right of way management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of right of way data management.
- Train and mentor junior GIS analysts on best practices and techniques for managing right of way data.
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to share data and insights related to right of way management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all GIS data and processes.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Geography, Gis, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Gis Software, Particularly In The Context Of Right Of Way Projects.
Experience With Data Analysis, Database Management, And Spatial Data Manipulation.
Familiarity With Relevant Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Right Of Way And Gis.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
