- Provide administrative support: The Office Specialist II will be responsible for providing administrative support to the State of Utah Office of Human Resources. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain office systems: The Office Specialist II will be responsible for organizing and maintaining office systems such as filing documents, managing schedules, and updating databases. They will also be responsible for ensuring all office equipment is in working order.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Clerical Role
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Computer Programs
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Work Environment.
