- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to office operations.
- Stay up-to-date on office policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
2+ Years Of Administrative Experience In An Office Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software.
