  1. Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  5. Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
  7. Maintain and update office records and databases.
  8. Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
  9. Coordinate and assist with special projects and events.
  10. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  12. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to office operations.
  15. Stay up-to-date on office policies, procedures, and regulations.
  16. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
