- Uphold the standards of the nursing profession and represent the hospital in a positive and professional manner.
Current Lpn License Issued By The State Of Utah Board Of Nursing.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting.
Cpr Certification From A Recognized Provider.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Ability To Pass A Criminal Background Check And Drug Screening.
