  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in various facilities managed by the State of Utah.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential issues or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and propose effective solutions.
  4. Install new HVAC systems and make necessary modifications to existing systems.
  5. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  6. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the HVAC industry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into work.
  9. Communicate with facility managers and residents to address any concerns or questions related to HVAC systems.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  11. Adhere to budget and time constraints for projects.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring junior HVAC technicians.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with residents and colleagues.
  15. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to HVAC work.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Installation, Maintenance, And Repair.

  • Journeyman Level Hvac Certification Or Equivalent.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations Related To Hvac Systems.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Schematics.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
