High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates For The Jjys Technician I Role At The State Of Utah Must Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Basic Understanding Of Juvenile Justice System: A Basic Understanding Of The Juvenile Justice System, Its Processes And Procedures, Is Essential For This Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Jjys Technicians I Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Youth, Families, And Other Professionals.
Knowledge Of Crisis Intervention Techniques: The Role May Involve Dealing With Potentially Volatile Situations, So Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Crisis Intervention Techniques.
