- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure efficient and effective design and implementation of hydraulic projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in hydraulic engineering to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all hydraulic projects and systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the functionality and safety of existing hydraulic systems.
- Identify potential risks and hazards related to hydraulic systems and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Work closely with government agencies and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations and standards for hydraulic projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the public regarding hydraulic projects and their impact on the community.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of hydraulic systems and make recommendations for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Design, Installation, And Maintenance Of Hydraulic Systems.
Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Hydraulic Engineering, Including Water Rights And Conservation Laws.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Autocad, Gis, And Hydraulic Modeling Software.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
