- Develop and implement health programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent disease within the community.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to identify and address health needs and concerns.
- Conduct research and gather data to assess the effectiveness of current health programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide education and resources to individuals and groups about healthy living, disease prevention, and available healthcare services.
- Act as a liaison between the community and the health program, building relationships and promoting engagement.
- Organize and facilitate health-related events and activities to raise awareness and promote healthy behaviors.
- Monitor and track program outcomes and report progress to superiors and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on current health trends, policies, and research to inform program development and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and participant information.
- Communicate with program participants, community members, and stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Uphold the mission and values of the State of Utah's Health Program and represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
- Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the program to better serve the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Health Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Health Program Coordination Or Management.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Health Regulations And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
Ability To Analyze Data, Develop Reports, And Make Recommendations For Program Improvement.
