  1. Develop and implement financial plans and policies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the organization's budgeting process and ensure that all departments are adhering to budget guidelines.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial processes and procedures are being followed and provide guidance and support when needed.
  6. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify any potential risks.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  8. Monitor cash flow and make projections to ensure the organization's financial stability and sustainability.
  9. Oversee the organization's investments and make informed decisions to maximize returns.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management and implement new strategies as needed.
  11. Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their professional growth.
  12. Build relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and vendors, to ensure the organization's financial needs are met.
  13. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and laws.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the organization in financial matters and act as a liaison between the organization and external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Financial Regulations And Laws.
