  1. Conduct financial analysis: Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  2. Provide strategic insights: Utilize financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the state level.
  3. Ensure accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and reports to maintain the highest level of quality and reliability.
  4. Present findings: Prepare and present clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business needs, and provide financial expertise.
  6. Develop financial models: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track financial performance and support budgeting and planning processes.
  7. Monitor financial metrics: Monitor and track key financial metrics to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial goals.
  8. Stay updated on financial regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Support strategic initiatives: Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.

  • Proficient In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Financial Modeling Programs.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Sound Recommendations.
