- Conduct intake assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking employment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify potential job opportunities for clients.
- Assist clients in creating and updating resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to clients, including conducting mock interviews and providing tips for job search success.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement job readiness workshops and training programs.
- Utilize various job search tools and techniques to help clients secure employment, such as job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and job placement outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between clients and potential employers to facilitate successful job placements.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up services to clients after job placement to ensure job retention and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of current labor market trends and employment resources to provide the most effective and relevant services to clients.
- Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to employment services.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve service delivery.
- Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and needs are met throughout the employment process.
- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to provide comprehensive support services to clients, as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Interviewing, And Employee Relations.
Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload.
