- Provide exceptional customer service to employees by promptly and effectively responding to their HR inquiries and concerns.
- Assist employees with various HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and stay updated on current HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related issues and escalate to appropriate team members as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs for employees.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of HR responsibilities.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Managers, And Other Stakeholders
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Software, Such As Kronos Or Peoplesoft, And Ability To Analyze And Report On Hr Data And Metrics.
