  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct research on current communication trends and provide recommendations for improving communication strategies.
  6. Assist with organizing and promoting events and campaigns.
  7. Conduct interviews and write articles featuring state government initiatives and programs.
  8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for communication campaigns.
  9. Work closely with various departments within the state government to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  10. Help maintain the state government's website and social media accounts by ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
  11. Provide support for crisis communication efforts and respond to inquiries and complaints from the public.
  12. Attend meetings and training sessions to learn about different aspects of state government operations.
  13. Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve communication strategies and processes.
  15. Adhere to the state government's communication guidelines and policies.
