  1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
  3. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to inform business analysis and decision-making.
  8. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the potential impact and return on investment of proposed solutions.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new initiatives and processes.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems and processes are aligned and functioning effectively.
  11. Monitor and track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
  12. Train and support team members on new processes and systems.
  13. Other duties as assigned to support the success of Return Utah and the state of Utah.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis Or A Similar Role

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Stakeholders And Team Members

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Experience In Managing Project Timelines And Deliverables.
