Building/Grounds Supervisor: Echo State Park

1. Oversee and manage the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and facilities within Echo State Park.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all buildings and grounds, including regular inspections and repairs.
3. Supervise a team of maintenance staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Ensure that all buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
5. Coordinate with other park departments and external contractors to complete larger projects and repairs.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for building and grounds maintenance.
7. Conduct regular safety checks and train staff on proper safety protocols and procedures.
8. Create and maintain records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory.
9. Collaborate with park management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to building and grounds maintenance.
10. Respond to and resolve any building or grounds-related issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
