- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all boiler and HVAC systems in our facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with the systems and make necessary repairs.
- Monitor and maintain proper levels of fuel, water, and other necessary supplies for the boilers.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed while working on the systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed on the systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to any emergency calls related to the boiler or HVAC systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in boiler and HVAC technology.
- Make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to the systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on proper maintenance and repair procedures.
- Communicate with building occupants and address any concerns or questions related to the heating and cooling systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Extensive Knowledge Of Boiler And Hvac Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of How Boilers And Hvac Systems Work, Including Their Components, Functions, And Maintenance Requirements.
Relevant Education And Certification: A Degree In Engineering, Hvac Technology, Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With Relevant Certifications Such As Nate, Epa, Or Ashrae.
Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Boilers And Hvac Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Diagnosing And Resolving Issues With Boilers And Hvac Systems.
Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations: Since The Job Is With The State Of Utah, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Local And Federal Regulations That Govern The Operation And Maintenance Of Boilers And Hvac Systems.
