  1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all boiler and HVAC systems in our facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with the systems and make necessary repairs.
  3. Monitor and maintain proper levels of fuel, water, and other necessary supplies for the boilers.
  4. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed while working on the systems.
  5. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed on the systems.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs.
  7. Respond promptly to any emergency calls related to the boiler or HVAC systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in boiler and HVAC technology.
  9. Make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to the systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Train and mentor junior staff members on proper maintenance and repair procedures.
  11. Communicate with building occupants and address any concerns or questions related to the heating and cooling systems.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Represent the company with professionalism and uphold our values of hard work, integrity, and dedication.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Boiler And Hvac Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of How Boilers And Hvac Systems Work, Including Their Components, Functions, And Maintenance Requirements.

  • Relevant Education And Certification: A Degree In Engineering, Hvac Technology, Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With Relevant Certifications Such As Nate, Epa, Or Ashrae.

  • Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Boilers And Hvac Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Diagnosing And Resolving Issues With Boilers And Hvac Systems.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations: Since The Job Is With The State Of Utah, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Local And Federal Regulations That Govern The Operation And Maintenance Of Boilers And Hvac Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Superiors, As Well As Provide Excellent Customer Service To Ensure Client Satisfaction.
