- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support the behavioral, social, and emotional needs of clients.
- Monitor and track client progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including family members, caregivers, and other service providers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis to continuously improve services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency and ethical standards.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as ethical standards, related to behavior analysis and client care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and other professional development opportunities.
- Represent the agency and profession in a professional and positive manner.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Advocate for clients' rights and promote self-determination and independence.
- Offer support and guidance to clients and families in navigating the service system and accessing resources.
- Continuously evaluate and improve services to meet the needs of clients and families.
Master's Degree In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Or A Related Field.
Bcba Certification From The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Bacb).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Developmental Disabilities Or Behavioral Challenges.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Behavior Analytic Techniques And Interventions.
Ability To Develop And Implement Behavior Intervention Plans, Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, And Train And Supervise Behavior Technicians And Other Staff.
