Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active License To Practice Law In The State Of Utah

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Practicing In The Area Of Child Protection Law

  • Knowledge Of Relevant State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Child Welfare And Protection

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Handle Sensitive And Complex Legal Matters.
