  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative services department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department
  • Manage and lead a team of administrative professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of department resources, including budget management
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address administrative needs and priorities
  • Monitor and analyze department performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters
  • Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and collaborative work environment
  • Mentor and support team members to foster their professional growth and development
  • Provide guidance and solutions for any issues or challenges that arise within the department
  • Represent the department and the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations and laws related to administrative operations
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the department
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
