  1. Develop and implement user experience strategies and processes for our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
  5. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
  7. Use analytics and data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving user experience.
  8. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  9. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of our digital platforms.
  10. Collaborate with content teams to ensure a seamless integration of design and content.
  11. Communicate and present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
  12. Provide training and support to team members on UX design principles and processes.
  13. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess user feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience.
  15. Contribute to the overall improvement of design processes and standards within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Web Ux Design, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Proficiency In Ux Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.

  • Knowledge Of Web Accessibility Standards And Compliance, Including Section 508 And Wcag.

  • Strong Understanding Of User Research And Usability Testing Methodologies, And Ability To Incorporate Findings Into Design Decisions.
