  1. Develop and manage volunteer programs across the state of Texas.
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for various programs.
  3. Collaborate with different departments and organizations to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
  4. Create and maintain volunteer schedules and assignments.
  5. Ensure volunteers are properly trained and equipped for their assigned tasks.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer engagement and retention.
  8. Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours and activities.
  10. Coordinate volunteer recognition events and initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in volunteer management.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote volunteer opportunities and recruit new volunteers.
  13. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for volunteers.
  14. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among volunteers.
  15. Participate in budget planning and tracking for volunteer programs.
  16. Regularly report on volunteer program progress and impact to management.
  17. Foster relationships with community partners and organizations to expand volunteer opportunities.
  18. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to volunteer management.

Job Qualifications
