Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Or Administrative Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Individuals And Groups.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
