  1. Develop and maintain the State of Texas' SharePoint platform.
  2. Utilize expertise in web development to design, code, and implement new features and enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure the website meets the needs of the diverse community.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the SharePoint platform.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the website.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  7. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the website is functioning properly.
  8. Provide support to end-users and train them on how to utilize the SharePoint platform.
  9. Ensure the website is user-friendly and accessible for all users.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.
  11. Collaborate with the IT team to integrate third-party applications and tools with the SharePoint platform.
  12. Maintain documentation and keep track of all changes and updates made to the website.
  13. Follow security protocols and ensure the website is secure from potential threats.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve website performance.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for SharePoint and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Developing And Customizing Sharepoint Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Sharepoint Development Tools Such As Sharepoint Designer, Visual Studio, And Powershell.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sharepoint Architecture And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Sharepoint Online And Sharepoint On-Premises Deployments.
