  1. Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of state policies and initiatives.
  2. Provide expert analysis and guidance on complex policy issues to senior government officials.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Policy Development And Analysis In A Government Setting, Preferably At The State Level.

  • Master's Degree In Public Policy, Political Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To The Assigned Policy Area.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Policy Advisors And Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences And Stakeholders.
