As a Reimbursement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability of our organization and making a positive impact on the lives of our citizens.

  1. Review and analyze reimbursement requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for reimbursement submissions.
  3. Maintain complete and organized records of all reimbursement requests and related documents.
  4. Prepare and submit reimbursement claims to appropriate agencies or organizations.
  5. Monitor and track reimbursement submissions to ensure timely processing.
  6. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with reimbursement submissions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and guidelines related to reimbursement processes.
  8. Communicate with external agencies and organizations regarding reimbursement requests and related matters.
  9. Work closely with the finance department to reconcile and track reimbursement payments.
  10. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on the status of reimbursement requests.
  11. Conduct audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with reimbursement policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve reimbursement processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and other stakeholders regarding reimbursement inquiries.
  15. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement, Preferably In A Government Agency.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Reimbursement.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.
