- Create and manage purchase orders for media and marketing services.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by monitoring vendor performance.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchases and expenses.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in media and marketing procurement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to management.
- Comply with all state and agency policies and procedures related to procurement.
- Continuously review and improve purchasing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.
- Represent the agency in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Media Buying And Negotiating With Vendors.
Knowledge Of Media Planning And Strategy, Including Digital And Traditional Channels.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Media Buying Software.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Media Partners.
