  13. Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support to individuals.
  14. Serve as a positive role model and mentor for individuals.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Disabilities, Particularly In Transition Planning.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Special Education And Transition Services.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Students, Families, School Personnel, And Community Partners.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Transition Plans And Supporting Individuals With Disabilities In Securing Post-Secondary Education, Employment, Or Independent Living Opportunities.
