Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Disabilities, Particularly In Transition Planning.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Special Education And Transition Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Students, Families, School Personnel, And Community Partners.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Transition Plans And Supporting Individuals With Disabilities In Securing Post-Secondary Education, Employment, Or Independent Living Opportunities.
