  1. Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct audits of pharmacy processes and procedures.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and manage medication orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all pharmacy operations.
  8. Train and mentor pharmacy staff on regulations and best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of services.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate pharmacy services with overall healthcare operations.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  13. Attend trainings and conferences to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  15. Represent the pharmacy department in meetings and discussions related to healthcare operations.

Job Qualifications
