  1. Develop and implement training programs for healthcare staff to ensure they are up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new treatments, equipment, and policies.
  3. Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Communicate with staff and management to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in healthcare to incorporate into training programs.
  8. Provide mentorship and support to new and existing staff to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing development.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new nursing staff.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training and certifications for all nursing staff.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to training.
  12. Serve as a resource and point of contact for nursing staff regarding training and education.
  13. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines in regards to healthcare training and education.
  14. Continuously assess and improve training methods and materials to ensure the highest quality education for staff.
  15. Display a positive and professional attitude while upholding the values and mission of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of Texas, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing, With Preference Given To Candidates With A Master’s Degree In Nursing Or Education.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Trainings For Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Diverse Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nursing Education And Healthcare Training.
