  1. Oversee the planning, design, and construction process of laboratory facilities across the state.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards for laboratory facilities.
  6. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the projects.
  7. Lead and supervise a team of project staff and contractors to ensure optimal performance and timely completion of projects.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and provide regular reports as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Construction Or Renovation Of Laboratory Buildings.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Laboratory Buildings And Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Contract Management For Large-Scale Construction Projects.
