We are currently seeking a highly motivated IAM QA Analyst/Tester to join our team and help us ensure the security and effectiveness of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. As an IAM QA Analyst/Tester, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our digital infrastructure. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and a passion for quality assurance.   1. Conduct thorough testing of all IAM systems and applications, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.
  2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, security, and performance of IAM systems.
  3. Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing, and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
  4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
  5. Conduct regression testing to ensure that changes and updates to IAM systems do not have any adverse effects on existing functionality.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM testing, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements.
  7. Monitor and analyze test results, and provide reports and metrics to stakeholders on the quality and stability of IAM systems.
  8. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that IAM systems are built with quality and testability in mind.
  9. Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments, test data, and test tools.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and business analysts, to ensure the overall success of IAM testing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Iam Principles And Industry Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Industry Standards, Including But Not Limited To Authentication, Authorization, And Access Control.

  • Experience With Iam Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Iam Technologies Such As Identity Management, Role-Based Access Control, Single Sign-On, And Privilege Management. Knowledge Of Commonly Used Iam Tools And Platforms, Such As Active Directory, Okta, And Ping Identity, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Testing And Quality Assurance Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance Methodologies, Including Test Planning, Test Case Creation, Execution, And Defect Tracking. Experience With Test Automation Tools And Frameworks Is A Plus.

  • Understanding Of Security And Compliance Requirements: As A Qa Analyst/Tester For Iam, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Security And Compliance Requirements, Including Gdpr, Hipaa, And Pci-Dss. Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations Specific To The State Of Texas Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Business Analysts, And Project Managers. The Ability To Document And Communicate Testing Results And Recommendations Clearly Is Crucial For This Role.
