As the HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our employees' experience by providing exceptional HR services and support. This position requires a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.   1. Provide exceptional HR services and support to employees within the organization.
  2. Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  4. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  5. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  6. Conduct employee orientation and ensure all new hires are properly onboarded.
  7. Administer employee benefits and assist with any inquiries or issues related to benefits.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  10. Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes and ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
  11. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees.
  12. Support and enhance the employee experience by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any performance or disciplinary issues.
  14. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr, With Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of People.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp And Peoplesoft, And Experience With Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
