  1. Research and identify potential grant opportunities for various community programs and projects.
  2. Review and analyze grant applications to ensure they meet all necessary requirements and comply with state regulations.
  3. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to provide guidance and support in the grant application process.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant applications, approvals, and funding disbursements.
  5. Prepare and submit grant proposals and reports to state and federal agencies.
  6. Monitor and track grant funds to ensure they are being used appropriately and in accordance with grant guidelines.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding grant processes, requirements, and updates.
  8. Stay informed and up-to-date on changes to grant regulations and guidelines.
  9. Provide training and support to colleagues and community partners on grant processes and procedures.
  10. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of grant programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Assist with budget planning and forecasting for grant-funded projects.
  12. Serve as a liaison between the state agency and grant recipients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  13. Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure timely submission of all grant-related documents.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Nonprofit Management.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Writing, Management, Or Administration.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Grant Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
