  1. Maintaining and updating inventory records for all state-owned facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  2. Conducting regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Coordinating with various departments to track inventory usage and anticipate future needs.
  4. Developing and implementing efficient inventory management processes and procedures.
  5. Ordering and purchasing necessary supplies and equipment for state facilities.
  6. Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for inventory purchases.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized storage and supply area.
  8. Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  9. Coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance and repairs for state facilities.
  10. Assisting with the relocation of equipment and supplies as needed.
  11. Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  12. Providing regular reports and updates on inventory levels, usage, and any issues or concerns.
  13. Communicating with department heads and employees to address any inventory needs or concerns.
  14. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and making recommendations for improving inventory management processes.
  15. Adhering to all safety and security protocols for inventory and state facilities.
  16. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in facility and inventory management.
  17. Training and supervising other team members as needed.
  18. Assisting with other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
