  1. Connect job seekers with suitable employment opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and identify potential job openings.
  3. Conduct job search workshops and provide one-on-one career counseling to assist job seekers in their job search.
  4. Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, and other job search skills.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and up-to-date information to job seekers.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate job fairs and other hiring events to connect job seekers with employers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of job seeker interactions, job placements, and employer partnerships.
  8. Collaborate with other employment agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to job seekers.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve strategies for job placement and career counseling.
  10. Act as a liaison between job seekers and employers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Hiring, And Onboarding Processes.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.

  • Previous Experience Working With Government Agencies Or In A Similar Public Sector Environment Is Preferred.
