  1. Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with various requests and transactions.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all state policies, procedures, and services in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Accurately enter and update customer information in the appropriate databases and systems.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling difficult customers or situations.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide assistance with any additional requests.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
  12. Adhere to all confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  15. Represent the State of Texas with professionalism and integrity at all times.
