Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Planning And Contract Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of State And Federal Procurement Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Implement Complex Procurement Plans.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Vendors.
