- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design elements and identify potential conflicts during the pre-construction phase.
- Ensure that all BIM models and related documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM software and implement new techniques and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Work closely with project managers to provide technical support and assistance in resolving any BIM-related issues.
- Train and mentor junior BIM technicians on the use of BIM software and company standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related updates and presentations as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations and guidelines related to BIM and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM standards and processes within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BIM workflows and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on construction sites or in the office.
Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Building Information Modeling (Bim) Software.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Building Codes And Regulations.
Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Project Stakeholders.
