1. Work closely with mental health professionals to provide support and assistance to individuals with behavioral health issues.
2. Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
3. Monitor and document clients' progress and behavior.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
5. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
6. Assist in conducting group therapy sessions and activities.
7. Advocate for clients' rights and needs.

10. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment and progress.
