- Communicate with debtors, attorneys, and other relevant parties to gather information and resolve cases.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all investigations and case resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members, including legal counsel and external agencies, to ensure the proper handling of cases.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to bankruptcy and collections.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective case resolution.
- Prioritize and manage a caseload to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Provide clear and concise reports to management on case findings and resolutions.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all investigations and interactions with debtors.
- Represent the state in court proceedings related to bankruptcy and collections cases.
- Act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to bankruptcy and collections cases.
- Train and mentor new team members on investigative processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Bankruptcy And Collections Investigations.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Bankruptcy Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
