- Represent the agency in meetings, conferences, and other settings to promote the agency's mission and objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and professionalism, promoting a positive work culture and upholding the agency's values.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including other state agencies, local governments, and community organizations, to enhance the agency's operations and services.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other materials related to the agency's operations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed of relevant legislative updates and provide recommendations for operational changes in response to new laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information related to the agency's operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Large Organization.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Operations And Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.
