Must Possess A Valid Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) In The State Of Texas.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Certified Nursing Assistant In A Healthcare Setting.
Completion Of An Advanced Training Program For Certified Nursing Assistants, Such As An Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant (Acna) Program.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Team Members And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
Proficient In Vital Sign Monitoring, Medication Administration, And Other Advanced Nursing Assistant Duties, As Outlined By The Texas Board Of Nursing.
