Job Description

The State of Oregon is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Survey Analyst. As part of the State of Oregon, the Survey Analyst will be responsible for managing and conducting surveys, analyzing survey data, and creating reports and presentations to communicate survey findings. The successful candidate should have a strong aptitude for data analysis and an ability to interpret survey results. A commitment to accuracy and detail-oriented work are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams as well as independently. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct surveys as part of the State of Oregon
  • Analyze survey data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate survey findings
  • Utilize data analysis software and statistical methods
  • Ensure accuracy of survey data and reports
  • Provide support to survey teams and management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey analysis techniques and regulations
  • Develop and implement survey protocols and procedures
  • Stay abreast of changes in survey methodology and software updates
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with team members
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients regarding survey results and recommendations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve survey response rates
