Job Description

The State of Oregon is looking for an experienced and organized Site Manager who is eager to join our team and help us drive our mission to serve the people of Oregon. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to think strategically and work collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and providing superior customer service. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Project Management, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with budgeting, office management, and project management are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT systems and the ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and departments. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage projects and drive results
  • Manage budgets and other financial aspects of projects
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and departments to ensure successful project completion
  • Assist in the development of IT systems and other technology-related initiatives
  • Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and monitor reports to track progress and measure performance
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain records and monitor inventories of equipment and supplies
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the site operations
