1. Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of state parks, including but not limited to: trail maintenance, campground upkeep, facility cleaning and repair, and natural resource conservation.
2. Provide excellent customer service to park visitors by answering questions, providing information, and enforcing park rules and regulations.
3. Assist in the protection and preservation of natural resources by monitoring and reporting any issues or concerns.
4. Conduct routine patrols of park grounds to ensure safety and security of visitors, facilities, and natural resources.
5. Educate park visitors on environmental conservation practices and promote responsible use of park resources.
6. Assist in the planning and implementation of park events and programs, including nature walks, educational programs, and recreational activities.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to park operations, visitor statistics, and any incidents or accidents.
8. Work collaboratively with other park staff and agencies to ensure efficient and effective operation of the park.
9. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on park policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
