Job Description

As a Quality Control Compliance Specialist at the State of Oregon, you will be responsible for ensuring that the state’s programs and services comply with all applicable rules and regulations. To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.   1. Monitor and evaluate state programs and services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Review and analyze state documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal provisions.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  4. Provide guidance and assistance to state departments and agencies in the implementation of compliance procedures.
  5. Investigate and document any potential non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  7. Communicate with state departments and agencies to ensure understanding of compliance expectations.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate state staff on the importance of compliance.
  9. Prepare regular reports and recommendations on compliance issues.
  10. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
