We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Project Inspector at the State of Oregon. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of projects and overseeing strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. We require a minimum of three years of experience in an engineering field, such as civil engineering, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of projects by inspecting them regularly and enforcing safety standards
- Identify and resolve any issues with projects, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed records of project inspections and any related activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely completion
- Assist in the development of new projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
