  1. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office on a daily basis.
  2. Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  3. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  4. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff.
  5. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
