- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to develop case strategies and provide support in court.
- Conduct thorough and accurate legal research using various resources, including online databases and legal publications.
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, ensuring they are error-free and submitted in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and physical documents, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of legal work.
- Uphold the values and mission of the State of Oregon, promoting fairness, justice, and equality in all aspects of legal work.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

- Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys and legal team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Legal Setting.
Knowledge Of Oregon State Laws And Court Procedures.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Writing.
