- Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the front desk, including keeping it clean and organized, and ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff members.
- Maintain and update various office records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with coordinating and planning office events and meetings.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any customer service issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on office policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
- Use various software and computer systems to perform tasks such as word processing, data entry, and creating presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and procedures.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Administrative Or Office Support Experience.
Proficient Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Database Management.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
